Do you know what that actually means?The Vatican, is a distinct sovereign entity from the UK, which is distinct from the USA. Per US law, the Vatican cannot own "title" to a person within the US, in any way that would be legally binding within any jurisdiction of the US.
Why don't we start over, writing that?

All nation states are the same thing, who holds title may vary, but if you have a birth certificate, you are deemed owned, by your legal corporation posing as your nation.
